WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We share your Personal Data with the following parties: Data controllers within the

Premium Group Sweden AB. Your Personal Data will be shared with our Group companies (please see here for more information) that may also use your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers and Processors. We engage third party vendors, from time to time, including:

- Advertisers and advertising networks that need the information to choose and deliver pertinent adverts to you and others. In our case, for email marketing, Controler uses Klavyo, for the customers who fill in pop-up with their name and email address for marketing and advertising purposes. Also, Loox sends emails to our customers asking for reviews after purchases.

- Business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors for the fulfilment of any contract we sign with them or to execute services on our behalf. We do not disclose information about specific persons to our advertisers, but we may give them aggregate data to assist them in reaching the population they are trying to reach. To comply with the requests of our advertisers by showing their advertisements to that target audience, we may use the Personal Data we have obtained from you.

- Analytics and search engine providers that help us with the development and optimization of our website.

In line with the applicable legal requirements, we take commercially reasonable steps to require third parties to adequately safeguard your Personal Data and only process it in accordance with our instructions.

Partners. In our case, data processing with partners is related to online payments as well as product delivery. If customers choose to pay with Klarna, their information will be shared with Klarna. Otherwise, Shopify Payments will be used, and the shipping company and Shipmondo (where orders are handled and packed) will also receive their information. Additionally, third-party Shopify apps may receive customer information. In line with the relevant legal requirements, we shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that third parties sufficiently protect your Personal Data and only use it as directed by us or in a co-controller capacity. SMS MARKETING

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.
